Ernest Ndukwe Officer of the order of Niger (Born 2 September 1948) is a Nigerian Electrical engineer and former Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Access Bank appoints former NCC boss, Ndukwe as Director )〕 ==Life and career== He was born 2 September 1948. He obtained a Bachelor of science (B.sc) degree in Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in 1975.
